Quick Recipe:
1) Slice large jacket potatoes thinly without completing the cut so the potato remains intact (google: hedgehog potatoes)
2) Drizzle with olive oil and cook for 40 mins @ 180 (or until cooked)
3) Take from the oven and sprinkle Rub Down all over dem tatties
4) Bake for another 15 mins and remove
5) Apply lashings of soured cream and spring onion
